18-24 Count Travel Humidor

The first travel humidor I started building was the 18-24 count. There are a couple of features I think are really awesome about the outside of this case that I want to touch on first before I talk about the inner workings of the case.

This case is made to be military tough. It's made of ultra high-strength polypropylene copolymer resin, its water and dust proof, resistant to UV, solvent, corrosion, fungus and large heavy objects. The case features an automatic ambient pressure equalization valve and great latches making it a breeze to open and access your cigars at any time. To top it all off the handle is rubber over-molded and comfortable to carry.

The inside of the case has three reinforced foam trays. Additionally, a top layer of convoluted foam attached to the inside of the lid to keep everything nice and tight.

Each tray (except for the top tray) has satin pull tabs for easy removal from the humidor. All three trays are reinforced with felt.
